2022-2023 Program Opportunities

Program Opportunities coming November 1, 2022!

Lessons for ages 5 to adults at Whitefish Lake Golf Course. We offer adaptive equipment if needed (standing and sit-ski) and trained instructors to support your individual goals.

Program Date(s):

  • Lessons are offered on Monday and Thursday afternoons 1:30-3PM and Sunday mornings, 10-11:30AM for the 2022 season.
  • Lessons must be scheduled at a minimum of five days in advance.
  • Each lesson is 1.5 hours long, which includes time for equipment set up and fitting as needed


  • Lesson without equipment rental: $27
    Lesson with equipment rental: $42
  • The trail pass is included in both lesson costs, and rentals are included in the lesson for $42
  • Financial Aid Scholarships are also available – see the registration information below.

This inclusive program is for youth ages 4-12 of all abilities. DREAM will provide trained one-on-one instructors to support the adaptive athlete and help include them in the group lessons.

Essential Eligibility Requirements

General EEC
  • Individual lives with a long-term disability and requires specialized instruction or adaptive equipment to recreate outdoors.
  • Individual is 5 years old, or older.
  • Individual is cleared by their doctor to participate in designated activity.
  • While participating with DREAM programs, individual can refrain from risky behavior that pose a threat to themselves and others including: aggressive behavior, ignoring safety precautions identified by instructors, drug/alcohol use, inability to set boundaries
  • pertaining to their physical ability and needs.
  • Individual can contribute to a safe learning environment. Harassment and abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Individual can follow instructions given by instructors independently or with the assistance of a companion*.
  • Individual can wear all protective equipment required for the activity.
  • Individual can manage personal care independently or with the assistance of a companion*.
  • Individual can breathe independently and does not require medical devices to sustain breathing.

DREAM reserves the right to request that a guardian/caregiver be accessible to program staff while the athlete is participating in the program.
* For the use of this document, a companion can be a personal support person, family member, or friend and excludes any and all DREAM instructors or assistants.

Alpine Program EEC
  • Must be 200 pounds or less if using sit-down ski equipment.
  • Must be able to assist themselves in getting up from the snow with minimal assistance.

  • Once logged in, go to the drop-down menu that asks “What would you like to do?” and select “Step 1: Update My Profile information”
  • Complete ALL fields labeled for “All Users” and “Participants”
  • Missing information may delay your participation. This step helps us plan for a successful and safe experience for all.

register and
pay for lessons.

  • Once logged in, go to the drop-down menu that asks “What would you like to do?” and select “Step 2: Register for a Lesson, Event, or Program”
  • Find and select the 2022 program
  • If you’d like to apply for a financial aid scholarship, at check-out/payment please select “pay later.” Please complete the scholarship application by the deadlines listed on the scholarship page.
  • Military Veterans with a disability will not be charged for the programs.

sign the liability and
media release waiver.

  • Electronically sign the two separate liability and media release waivers.
    These forms must be completed annually.  Family members and caregivers participating in the program/lesson must also complete these forms.
