DREAM Adaptive Recreation held our 3rd Annual Evening of Inspiration at Casey's in Whitefish on November 19th from 6-9 pm. Featured in our annual Fall FUNdrasier, this year's extreme skier was Vasu Sojitra from Bozeman. When Vasu was only nine months old, he was diagnosed with septicemia, resulting in the amputation of one of his legs. Since then, he has not looked back. Vasu has built up the confidence needed to face new challenges with grace, courage, strength, humor, and unwavering determination.
The night consisted of Vaus’s extreme adaptive ski movie which has won national recognition, an inspirational speech, food, raffle, wine grab bag and details about what our organization does for over 300 adaptive athletes in our local community.
A huge thank you to Liz with 19 Ravens Photography for capturing the night.
